Are you getting your body ready for summer?<\/p>\n

If you follow me on Instagram<\/a>, you may have seen some motivating pictures a couple weeks back. I challenged myself to complete the 30 Day Shred workout DVD, and then I posted my “before and after” pictures for everyone to see.<\/p>\n

Yeah, frightening. But knowing that I was going to post them kept me motivated. Just because my 30 days is over doesn’t mean that I am done. I am starting up another challenge and I want you to join me! Starting today. Right now. Let’s do it!<\/p>\n

Not only will I be getting in a 20 minute workout every day (Monday-Friday)\u00a0{let’s not get carried away here}\u00a0<\/em>but I am also going to be watching what I put into my mouth. I want lean and healthy proteins to give me the energy to keep going, so you better believe that Tyson\u00ae Grilled & Ready\u00ae<\/em>\u00a0chicken is a staple in my fridge.<\/p>\n

These Chicken and Avocado Baked Burritos are so simple to throw together, and taste sinfully good without all the guilt. My husband and I used to indulge ourselves with fried burritos when we were first married, and oh-boy<\/em> were they tasty… just not so good for our waistlines.
