I’m making a resolution this year to make healthier choices.<\/p>\n

To start this year of “new”<\/em> off right, I’m sharing 10 Healthy Breakfast Options in this week’s Saturday Morning Roundup. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! If you can manage to start your day off healthy and right, the rest of the day will be a breeze. Or at least you’ll have one healthy meal to counter-act some accidental bad choices…<\/em><\/p>\n
