I made four different varieties, a Mummy, a Pumpkin, a Frankenstein, and a Vampire. Easy.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-5571\" title=\"Halloween Marshmallow Pops\" src=\"https:\/\/iwashyoudry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/sweet-potato-muffinspops-700x700.jpg\" alt=\"A grid of three pictures demonstrating items needed to make Halloween themed marshmallow pops\" width=\"700\" height=\"700\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here are the simple items you&#8217;ll need to make all four:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marshmallows<\/li>\n<li>Sucker sticks (found in cake decorating isle of WalMart of Craft Store)<\/li>\n<li>Colored Melting Chocolates (orange, green, white)<\/li>\n<li>Purple Icing Gel color (to make purple Vampire chocolate)<\/li>\n<li>Candy Eyeballs (cake decorating isle)<\/li>\n<li>Black Crystal Sugar Sprinkles<\/li>\n<li>Black Sparkle Gel in tube (for decorating mouth&#8217;s of Frankenstein, Pumpkin, and Vampire)<\/li>\n<li>Green M&amp;M&#8217;s (for tops of pumpkins)<\/li>\n<li>Grey Pearl Sprinkles (for Frankenstein&#8217;s bolts)<\/li>\n<li>Black small candy wrappers (for Vampire&#8217;s cape)<\/li>\n<li>Black ribbon (for Vampires cape)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t want to make all four, then you can just get the supplies needed for the one you want.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5555\" title=\"Purple Chocolate for dipping Marshmallows\" src=\"https:\/\/iwashyoudry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/DSC02861-700x891.jpg\" alt=\"A marshmallow pop being dipped in purple colored white chocolate in a mug\" width=\"560\" height=\"713\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Melt your Chocolates according to package directions in a microwave safe mug. I found it easiest to do it this way so it&#8217;s deep enough to cover the whole marshmallow.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Let any excess chocolate drip\/shake off.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>(To get the purple chocolate I just melted the white chocolates and then added just a tiny bit of purple gel icing color, and mixed until I got the purple color I desired)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5556\" title=\"Making Vampire's Hair\" src=\"https:\/\/iwashyoudry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/DSC02862-700x700.jpg\" alt=\"A purple dipped marshmallow pop being dipped in a cupcake liner filled with black sprinkles\" width=\"560\" height=\"560\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pour a good amount of the black crystal sugar sprinkles into a cupcake liner. Then while the chocolate on the marshmallow is still wet, gently dip the top into the sprinkles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To give the vampire that &#8220;widow&#8217;s peak&#8221; look, just turn the marshmallow at an angle and lightly dip it in the sprinkles again.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5557\" title=\"The beginnings of a Vampire\" src=\"https:\/\/iwashyoudry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/DSC02869-700x700.jpg\" alt=\"The front view of a purple dipped marshmallow pop with black sprinkles for hair and two candied eyes added\" width=\"560\" height=\"560\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">With the marshmallow still wet place two candy eyeballs up towards that &#8220;widow&#8217;s peak&#8221; hairline.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To let the Halloween Marshmallow Pops dry, I got a piece of\u00a0Styrofoam and gently poked the ends of the sticks into it so they stood upright.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5564\" title=\"Vampire Halloween Marshmallow Pop\" src=\"https:\/\/iwashyoudry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/DSC02922-700x1096.jpg\" alt=\"A close up of a Vampire themed marshmallow pop\" width=\"560\" height=\"877\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To finish off the <strong>Vampire<\/strong> look, take some melted white chocolate and make tiny fangs. I just placed some white chocolate in a frosting bag (or zip close bag with corner snipped off works too) and made a small dot of white frosting then dragged down to create the fang.<\/p>\n<p>Use the black decorating gel to draw a straight line across the top of the fangs for his mouth.<\/p>\n<p>My husband came up with the idea for his cape <em>{which I love}.\u00a0<\/em>Take a small black candy wrapper and cut out a little bit of the side. Push the stick through the bottom of the candy wrapper and bring it up to the marshmallow. Use some black ribbon to tie a bow underneath the &#8220;cape&#8221; to keep it in place.<\/p>\n<p>Adorbs.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-5559\" title=\"Halloween Marshmallow Pops\" src=\"https:\/\/iwashyoudry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/DSC02888-700x483.jpg\" alt=\"A close up of Halloween themed Marshmallow pops - a mummy, a pumpkin, Frankenstein and a vampire\" width=\"700\" height=\"483\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Pumpkin<\/strong> is super easy.<\/p>\n<p>Just dip the marshmallow in orange chocolates and top it with a green M&amp;M candy. Use the black decorating gel to draw on his eyes and mouth.<\/p>\n<p>Done!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5562\" title=\"Frankenstein Halloween Marshmallow Pops\" src=\"https:\/\/iwashyoudry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/DSC02906-700x1133.jpg\" alt=\"A close up side view of Halloween themed Marshmallow pops - a mummy, a pumpkin, Frankenstein and another mummy\" width=\"448\" height=\"725\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Frankenstein<\/strong> is probably one of my favorites because he&#8217;s just too darn cute with those little &#8220;bolts&#8221; on the side of his neck.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Do the same steps as you would for the Vampire as I described above except use green chocolates, and don&#8217;t make him a &#8220;widow&#8217;s peak&#8221; with his hair. With the chocolate still wet, place a grey pearl sprinkle on each side of his head for the &#8220;bolts.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5569\" title=\"Mummy Halloween Marshmallow Pops\" src=\"https:\/\/iwashyoudry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/DSC02962-700x699.jpg\" alt=\"A close up view of Halloween themed Marshmallow pops - a mummy, a pumpkin, Frankenstein and a vampire\" width=\"560\" height=\"559\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The\u00a0<strong>Mummy<\/strong> Marshmallow Pop is super easy. Just dip the marshmallow in white chocolate, place on two eyeballs and let dry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Once it&#8217;s dry add the remaining white chocolate to a frosting bag and drizzle strips of white chocolate back and forth across the face and around the eyes.
