If you’re looking for a guilt free dessert, this Lightened Up Bread Pudding is for you!<\/em><\/p>\n

Last weekend for Mother’s Day I was able to go out with all my favorite “Mom’s,” to Carrabba’s. We enjoyed a nice dinner and afterwards we splurged a little! We are all sort of on diets, so we only ordered one Limoncello Bread Pudding for dessert to share.<\/p>\n

\nWe all probably got two to three bites of this very rich treat, which I’m guessing {because they don’t share the nutritional info on their website(you know that’s not a good sign)} that those bites totalled 200 calories! Ouch!<\/p>\n

Which leads me to this week’s “Lighter Side of Guilty Pleasures” (LSGP)<\/p>\n

I wanted to find a healthier recipe that I would be able to enjoy the full serving without feeling, well, guilty!<\/p>\n

Here’s what I came up with….<\/p>\n

I finished this little beauty off with a scoop of my homemade Vanilla Frozen Yogurt (fat free of course).Now this is a treat worth digging into! Your very own serving (3\/4 cup pudding\/ 1\/2 cup frozen yogurt)\u00a0for way less than 200 calories!!<\/p>\n
