I’m using the frozen, store-bought puff pastry dough to whip up these incredibly easy and delicious bakery-style tarts.<\/p>\n
The filling is a simple cream cheese and lemon mixture that gives a creamy cheesecake taste.<\/p>\n

Top with your favorite summer berries, like raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or even strawberries for the perfect balance of sweet and tart.<\/p>\n

Light and fluffy lemon cheesecake is baked on top of some once frozen puff pastry dough… so simple. The pastry dough puffs up around the edges for a light and flaky crust. Once the cheesecakes are cooled you simply scoop on some jarred lemon curd, top it with fresh berries, a dusting of powdered sugar and some lemon zest for an extra punch of lemony flavor.<\/p>\n
