This is a big post for me.<\/p>\n

Several things going on in this one post.<\/p>\n

#1<\/span> {and probably most important}<\/em> It’s my Birthday!<\/span><\/p>\n

I ordered myself something that I’ve decided everyone should own. A doughnut pan. Actually, I think you should get two. I searched everywhere for one of these and finally found it on Amazon<\/a>.<\/p>\n

What are you waiting for?? Go get it!!<\/p>\n

#2 – This is my 100th post!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What better way to give you my 100th post, than to\u00a0show you\u00a0how to make some irresistible baked doughnuts?<\/p>\n

My\u00a0dad asked me, “What’s a doughnut without oil?”<\/p>\n

I responded, “A healthy one?” {yeah\u00a0it was more of\u00a0a questionable response, but hey I’m going with it.}<\/em><\/p>\n

So what does a foodie get for her birthday? Lots of\u00a0foodie stuff. I got the fore mentioned doughnut pan, some spatulas,\u00a0a new plate, a\u00a0grill pan, a serving platter,\u00a0pretty pink sprinkles, and probably my most favorite… Butter – Vanilla Bakery Emulsion<\/a>!<\/p>\n

\"A<\/a><\/div>\n

I actually picked this up at Ross.\u00a0{it’s where all the serious bakers shop}<\/em><\/p>\n

But they\u00a0are also sold\u00a0online<\/a>.\u00a0Basically emulsions are way better than extracts. They keep their robust flavor through baking. They\u00a0smell and taste incredible.<\/p>\n

So if you were wondering why I’ve been indulging in so many sweet things over the\u00a0past few months…why wonder, just go with it!!<\/p>\n

But be prepared for chicken, fish, and loads of\u00a0veggies after July! {ha!}<\/em><\/p>\n

So light and fluffy, with\u00a0a burst of vanilla in each bite. {vanilla is a flavor you know!}<\/em><\/p>\n

The Man said to me, “You’ll use that pan once and put it in storage.”<\/p>\n

I replied, “Do you know who you’re talking to?”<\/p>\n

Can you imagine all the possibilities this pan will help me explore?<\/p>\n
