One of my favorite things about the holiday season is all the parties and entertaining. That’s where this Cheesy Bacon Artichoke Dip comes to play! So easy and just 5 simple ingredients!
This dip is seriously out-of-this-world-good!
I’ve taken my favorite parts of every dip and combined them into one. I could not stop eating this!
Let’s talk about the logistics of this dip.
First of all, it’s just 5 simple ingredients, so you know it’s easy to make. But then I went and used Cache Valley shredded mozzarella cheese, which makes this dip even better!
Cache Valley cheese is inspired by Cache Valley, Utah, which I just so happened to have loads of family from.

The combination of cheese, bacon and artichoke is one that makes my heart swoon.
When it’s baked, the top gets that nice golden brown color and I can’t help but go for those browned parts. They’re my favorite!
But seriously, I’m super obsessed with this dip!

I took this dip to a party over the weekend and it was gone in a minutes! Everyone LOVED it! I’m actually planning on making this for Thanksgiving as well.

Cheesy Bacon Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cache Valley Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 1 artichoke hearts, 14oz can, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup bacon bits, real
- 1/2 cup green onions, diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour ingredients into a shallow baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly in center.
- Enjoy hot with crackers or bread.
